MRQ Fitness LLC collects only the information you give us (such as your name, email address and phone number) in order to respond to your enquiries and provide our coaching services. If you contact us on WhatsApp or give us your phone number, we may reply and send you service messages about your enquiry or programme there. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “STOP” or by emailing us.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our business (for example, messaging and payment providers), and only for that purpose. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to info@mrqfitness.com.
